PingSafe CEO once prepared for IIT but couldn't get into one. However, this couldn't stop him from becoming a billionaire. Recently, PingSafe founder Anand Prakash sold his one year old company for USD 100 Million.

Anand Prakash, a Rajasthan based techie recently sold his one year old startup at 100 million dollar. The acquisition stands out as the largest in the Indian cybersecurity startup space. As per Barclays' report, the deal encompasses a blend of stock and cash transactions. Prakash, a 30-year-old from Churu, Rajasthan, ranks among the world's leading white hat hackers.

SentinelOne (NYSE: S), a global leader in Al-powered security, announced that it has completed its acquisition of cloud-native application protection platform (CNAPP)
PingSafe. "Most of today's cyber attacks start with endpoints and identities, and security teams can't stop them without comprehensive visibility across all vectors.
CNAPP alone can't provide this," said Ric Smith, Chief Product and Technology Officer, SentinelOne.

PingSafe CEO Anand Prakash studied at Resonance Eduventures Limited from May 2008 to June 2010. He prepared for IIT but couldn't get into one. He then persued BTech, Computer Science from Vellore Institute of Technology (2010- 2014). His journey in the world of cybersecurity started in 2012 during college as he became curious about a Twitter post mentioning a bounty from Facebook.

PingSafe was founded in year 2020 by Anand Prakash and Nishant Mittal. It is a Unified Cloud Security Platform with CNAPP, CSPM, CWPP, and CDR solutions to secure your multi-cloud infrastructure.

Anand Prakash landed his first bounty in 2013 and soon became interested in the field, ranking 2nd globally on Facebook's bug bounty program in 2014 and 2016, and 3rd in 2015. Over the years, he found vulnerabilities on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Uber, Tinder, Salesforce, and more, consistently working to protect the data of billions of users.
