Lucknow: CAA and NRC's performance in the country has been going on for the past several days, while innocent children have also been involved in the protest against the CAA and NRC for the last 13 days at the clock tower. At the same time, after collecting records from their photos and videos, the Court Child Welfare Committee has issued a notice to the protesters on Wednesday. According to the members of the committee, action will be taken against the parents who take part in the protest against children. In this, a sentence of three years and a fine of one lakh rupees can be imposed.

According to the information received, the committee headed by Kuldeep Ranjan, chairman of the Court Child Welfare Committee, Lucknow, has issued a notice to the women who performed at Clock tower on Wednesday evening. Committee members Dr. Sangeeta Sharma, Sudharani, Richa Khanna, Vinay Kumar Srivastava have signed the notice. According to the committee, according to Section 3 (4) of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act-2005, the Child Welfare Committee has to act in the best interest of the child or girls. So that children's childhood, their education and health can be taken care of.

It is being said that the committee unanimously ordered that all such families who are protesting against their children, immediately send the children home so that their normal routine can be resumed. Many children leave their school and are at the dharna site. Food and sports arrangements have also deteriorated since their time. Sources say that the best interests of children and their mindset should not be affected. Therefore, children should be immediately removed from the picket site. If this is not done even after the notice, action will be taken against the responsible parents under Section 75 of the Juvenile Justice Act.
