Buses with HVAC systems have heating, ventilation, and air conditioning.

Instead of receiving free travel each month, police officers now pay a monthly fee of Rs. 375 as opposed to Rs. 250 previously.

To ensure that the necessary increase in money has been placed by police officers in lieu of free travel on Chandigarh Transport Undertaking AC and non-AC local and long route buses, the police department will issue a separate identity card to police personnel.
