Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the Governors' Conference on National Education Policy today through video conference. President Ramnath Kovind, Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank, Education Ministers of all the states, Vice Chancellors of State Universities and other senior officers were also included in this conference. PM Narendra Modi spoke on many important aspects of the New Education Policy.
Prime Minister Modi said, "The National Education Policy has been made a part of our education system, without any pressure, without undermining and without any effect. The New Education Policy has made it possible to tackle brain drain and for the youth of normal families, the way of setting up camps of better international institutions has been opened in the country. "
On the National Education Policy, PM Narendra Modi said "When the world's big universities open their camp in the country, the tendency of children to go out will also change. This will increase competition among universities in India". Prime Minister Modi said, "For a long time these things have been arising that our children are being buried under the burden of bag and board examination, under the pressure of family and society. This problem has also been noticed in this policy." PM Modi said, "Any system can be as effective and inclusive if its governance model is fantastic. Now children of every family will get the proper education".
