Following the footsteps of actor Silambarasan, actress Kajal Aggarwal has received the coveted Golden Visa of the United Arab Emirates. R Parthiepan, an actor and director, was the first Tamil actor to earn a Golden Visa from the United Arab Emirates in December 2021.

Sharing the same, an elated Kajal Aggarwal posted, "Happy to have received UAE’s Golden visa. This country has always been such huge encouragement for artists like us. Grateful and looking forward to future collaborations in the UAE. Big thank you to Mr Muhammed Shanid of Juma Almheiri, Suresh Punnasseril and Naressh Krishna."
