NSE cautions investors about multiple person linked with entity 'Trade With Jazz'

NEW DELHI:  The National Stock Exchange (NSE)  has warned investors on persons named 'Swaraj Takale', 'Sameer Narvekar' and 'Neha Narvekar' associated with entity named 'Trade with Jazz (TWJ)'.

These are reportedly operating through mobile number '7507770749' and  '8882015566' and also Telegram channel 'Trade with Jazz' are collecting funds from the public by providing securities market tips and investment plans guaranteeing returns on the investment made.

The National Stock Exchange said the investors are advised not to trade in the securities markets on the basis of  tips/recommendations provided by unregistered portfolio managers/investment advisers. Investors should not get attracted or lured by such trading tips and stock-specific recommendations.

The investors are also urged not to subscribe to any such plan or product given by any individuals or entities promising indicative, promised, or guaranteed profits in the stock market because doing so is illegal, according to the NSE.

It should be noted that none of the aforementioned people or entities are registered with the National Stock Exchange of India Limited as members or authorised persons.

Investors participate in such banned schemes at their own risk, expense, and risk of penalties because the Exchange has neither approved nor endorsed them.
