The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the schedule for the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) UG 2024. Candidates can view the datesheet on the official NTA website. The examination will be held from May 15 to May 24, 2024, in a hybrid mode, offering both Computer-Based Testing (CBT) and Pen & Paper modes. Over 1.35 million candidates will participate in the test across 380 cities, including 26 international locations. CUET UG 2024 features 63 test papers, with exam durations ranging from 45 to 60 minutes depending on the subject. The tests in Accountancy, Economics, Physics, Computer Science/Informatics Practices, Chemistry, Mathematics/Applied Mathematics, and the General Test last for 60 minutes, while all other tests last for 45 minutes.

The examination will be conducted in different shifts throughout the day. Shift 1A will run from 10 am to 11 am, shift 1B from 12:15 pm to 1 pm, shift 2A from 3 pm to 3:45 pm, and shift 2B from 5 pm to 6 pm. For other papers, the shifts will be from 9 am to 11:15 am, 1:15 pm to 2:45 pm, and 4:45 pm to 6:15 pm. Each candidate can register for up to six subjects.

The test will be administered at various examination centers, with 261 participating universities. The large number of registered candidates includes 717,000 male, 630,000 female, and seven third-gender registrants. This year's CUET UG 2024 promises to be a significant event in the academic calendar.
