Kolkata: West Bengal now has a few months left for the assembly elections and the political mercury in the state has started rising. The war between Trinamool Congress (TMC) and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is intensifying following the controversy over the slogan Jai Shri Ram in PM Modi's programme. Bengali actress and TMC MP Nusrat Jahan on Monday once again attacked the BJP.

TMC MP Nusrat Jahan wrote that the courage shown by Mamata Banerjee has created an atmosphere of fear in the BJP. Pm Modi had to hire his entire troll army to respond to Mamata Banerjee. The country and Bengal stands with Didi. Nusrat Jahan further wrote that "Amit Malviya, on the other hand, is losing his temper on Twitter because his paid trolls are trying to pervert his image. Is the failed plan of a failed team looking back?''

When PM Modi arrived in Kolkata on the occasion of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose's birth anniversary, he shared the stage with Mamata Banerjee at a function. Here, when Mamata took the mike to speak, people started shouting jai shri ram, which made Mamata angry and did not make a speech. Now, there is a political uproar in Bengal.
