New Delhi, Today, On the occasion of Teacher’s day, Prime Minister Narendra Modi paid tribute to second President of the country Dr Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan and asked people to share their anecdotes about their teachers.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has saluted the dedication and commitment of all the teachers on Teacher’s Day.

"Happy Teachers Day! India salutes the dedication and commitment of all teachers, whose role in nation building is paramount," Prime Minister, who is in Hangzhou, China, for the G20 meet, tweeted.

The Prime Minister said that, "Tributes to Dr. S Radhakrishnan, a scholar, statesman and a respected teacher who shaped many minds and served India. How has your teacher influenced you? Share your anecdote and read what many others have written about their teachers”.
