New Delhi: After rising for the tenth consecutive day in the price of petrol-diesel, on Tuesday, the oil companies have increased the price of aviation turbine fuel (ATF) by 16.3%. Due to this, air travelers may have to face an increase in fares. Oil marketing companies have increased the price of aviation turbine fuel by 16.3% i.e. Rs 5,494.5 to Rs 39,069.87 per kiloliter.

This is the second increase in ATF prices within a month. Earlier on June 1, ATF prices were increased by a record 56.5%. It is noteworthy that due to Corona, international flights are closed and domestic flights are running. People who are stranded on these flights are stranded or whose movement is very important. On the other hand, the prices of crude oil in the international market are also soft. It is not understood why the oil companies are raising prices in this way and forcing them to increase the airfare.

Earlier on Tuesday, oil companies have increased the price of petrol and diesel for the tenth consecutive day. The price of diesel in Delhi has crossed Rs 75 per liter. Diesel has been increased by 57 paise per liter today. The price of one liter of diesel in Delhi has become 75 rupees 19 paise. The price of petrol in the capital has now been 76.73 paise per liter. Yesterday i.e. Monday, 48 paise increase was recorded in the price of petrol in Delhi.
