Srinagar: Lockdown has been declared for the third time in the country to deal with Corona infection. Due to this lockdown, millions of migrant laborers are stranded in different states of the country. The Union Home Ministry has issued a guideline for the return of these migrants to the state, but the matter of taking rent from the states in return for sending it is taking political color.
