'Omicron' hustles up in India, crosses 400 infected data

New Delhi: Rising cases of omicron in India have added to the problem. Several states have decided to implement sanctions in this regard. The daily cases of corona also remain around seven thousand amid the fear of omicron. A total of 422 cases of omicrons have been detected in India. According to numbers released on Saturday, The highest number of 110 cases of omicrons were reported in Maharashtra. Subsequently, 79 cases have been reported in Delhi, 49 in Gujarat, 38 in Telangana, 38 in Kerala, 34 in Tamil Nadu and 31 in Karnataka. In the last 24 hours, 6,987 new corona cases have been reported and 7,091 people have recovered. There have been 162 deaths.

After the same new case was detected, the active cases in the country have gone up to 76,766. The total recovery has gone up to 3,42,30,354 and the death toll to 4,79,682. On the other hand, the PM said on Saturday that from January 10, vaccine supplements will be introduced as a precautionary measure to personnel deployed on the health and advance front, persons above the age of 60 years suffering from other serious diseases on the advice of doctors.

According to the ministry, 1.41 billion 37 lakh 72 thousand 425 doses of anti-corona vaccines have been administered in India so far. Out of which 32 lakh 90 thousand 766 doses were given on Saturday. According to the Health Ministry, the data of patients under treatment is 0.22 per cent of the total cases of infection, the lowest since March 2020. The rate of corona cured patients is 98.40 per cent, the highest since March 2020.
