Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput are one of Bollywood's most popular couples. The couple has been married for eight years, having married on July 7, 2015. The star wished his sweetheart in a poignant post.
Shahid shared an unseen photo of himself and Mira kissing during one of their recent vacations. In the description, he stated that he was sharing the photo, “In a sky full of stars... I gave you my heart… go on and tear me apart… you will only find you in my heart (please don’t kill me because I made up my version of your favourite song). Happy anniversary my wife for life.”
Meanwhile, Mira Rajput wrote a brief note to Shahid. She posted a snapshot of them from another location. Shahid is seen smiling in the snap as Mira plants a kiss on his cheek. Her caption stated, “Lights will guide you home. And you are home. Happy 8th baby.”
Shahid Kapoor married Mira Rajput in 2015, and the couple welcomed their first child, a daughter, in 2016. In September 2018, the couple had their second child, a baby boy. On various occasions, the actor has spoken openly about his marriage to Mira. During an episode of Koffee With Karan in August 2022, he discussed the age difference between himself and his wife. When questioned if marrying someone from outside the profession was an intentional decision, the actor claimed it was tough to find someone who understood both sides of him. He went on to say that Mira is the best thing that has ever happened to him and that she brings so much into his life.
With terms of employment, Shahid Kapoor had his OTT debut this year with Farzi alongside Vijay Sethupathi. He was most recently seen in Bloody Daddy, in which he co-starred with Sanjay Kapoor, Diana Penty, Ronit Roy, Rajeev Khandelwal, Ankur Bhatia, and Vivan Bhatena.
