It rained heavily in the capital on Sunday morning. After the rain, the streets of the capital were flooded. A Tempo driver died after waterlogging on Minto Road in Connaught Place. The deceased has been identified as 60-year-old Kundan. Now politics has also got hot on this case. BJP has directly attacked Kejriwal government for this.

After this, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has also issued his statement on the incident. Arvind Kejriwal said that this year, all agencies, be it Delhi government or MCD, were engaged in Kovid-19 control. He faced many difficulties due to covid-19. This is not the time to blame each other. Everyone has to perform their duty together. Wherever water will be filled, we will try to remove it immediately.

CM Kejriwal further informed that, 'Waterlogging has been removed from Minto Bridge. I was in contact with agencies since morning, and was monitoring the process of removing water from there. We are keeping an eye on more such places in the capital. Wherever the water is full, it is being pumped immediately from there. ' There was waterlogging near the Minto Bridge. Kundan was pulling his car from the bridge but the car got stuck in water and Kundan died. Apart from this, the situation of long jams has arisen due to the water being filled on the ITO of the capital.
