New Delhi: Regarding issues related to governance in Delhi, Lieutenant Governor (LG) of Delhi V.K. The ongoing confrontation between Saxena and CM Arvind Kejriwal does not seem to be stopping yet. The scheduled weekly meeting between LG Saxena and CM Kejriwal could not be held once again on Friday (February 3) amidst this continuing tussle between the two sides.

Sources in the LG office have told that Kejriwal did not reach 'Raj Niwas' for the meeting to be held at 4 pm and no reason was given by his office in this regard. At the same time, an official of the Chief Minister's Office (CMO) also told that this meeting did not take place. However, he also did not give any reason for this. Let us tell you that, including the proposal to send teachers of government schools to Finland for training, there is a situation of confrontation between the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government of Delhi and the Lieutenant Governor.

The ruling Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) led by Kejriwal has fiercely criticized LG Saxena on several issues. Because of this conflict, the weekly meetings between the two constitutional functionaries have not been happening for the past several weeks. Kejriwal, along with Deputy CM Manish Sisodia and other AAP MLAs, had marched to Raj Niwas last month and sought a meeting with the LG, alleging that the LG had rejected the proposal to send Delhi teachers to Finland.
