PATNA: Another case registered against Brijesh Thakur after 11 women went missing from another of his shelter homes in Muzaffarpur. Notably, Thakur is the prime accused in Muzaffarpur shelter home case where more than 30 minor girls were sexually assaulted over a period of time.

After pressure from the all opposition parties in Bihar Shelter Home Rapes case, CBI Filed Cases against Staff as state government handed over the inquiry into the alleged sexual assault to the CBI.

The CBI has started the probe into the rape of minor girls at a government shelter home, Muzaffarpur in Bihar.  According to the news, the probe agency has filed cases against the officers and employees of the shelter home in Muzaffarpur.

Worth mention here Nitish Kumar-led BJP-JDU alliance government on Thursday handed over the inquiry into the alleged sexual assault to the Central Bureau of Investigation. The police lodged a charge-sheet against the ten who were detained.

"It is alleged that officials/employees of girl's children home... used to mentality, physically and sexually exploit girl children residing at the said children's home," the CBI said in a statement as quoted by NDTV.

 Worth mention here thirty-four minor girls were raped at the state-run government shelter home in Muzaffarpur. Earlier, medical examination report confirmed that 29 of the 42 inmates of the shelter home in Muzaffarpur district were raped for months.
