SRINAGAR: The International Film Festival Srinagar has witnessed an incredibly enthusiastic reception, illuminating the cultural landscape of Srinagar once more. The second iteration of the festival, known as TIFFS, has garnered an overwhelming global response.

In less than 24 hours, the festival has amassed a remarkable count of 160 submissions from 30 different nations. This impressive influx stands as a testament to the widespread allure of this burgeoning and promising film festival in the area.

Guided by the esteemed collaboration of the Jammu Film Festival, TIFFS has already set an impressive precedent through its inaugural edition held in October 2022.

Scheduled to unfold between October 25 and 26, 2023, at the enchanting Tagore Hall within the captivating city of Srinagar—often likened to the Venice of the East—TIFFS is on the cusp of another spectacular showcase.

Marking its presence on the international film festival circuit with its debut edition, TIFFS continues to captivate the attention and adoration of filmmakers, industry insiders, and cinephiles alike.
