Pakistan's young fast bowler Naseem Shah has made a world record by taking a hat-trick against Bangladesh. On the third day of the first Test against Bangladesh, 16-year-old Naseem made the three players of the visiting team his prey for three consecutive balls. Naseem has created history by taking a hat-trick in his fourth Test match. He has now become the youngest bowler to have taken a hat-trick in Test history. Before Naseem, this world record was recorded in the name of Bangladesh leg-spinner Alok Kapali, who made this record against Pakistan in the year 2003 at the age of 19.

Although Nasim had to go out due to a leg sprain, by the end of the third day's play, he had taken four wickets for 26 runs in 8.2 overs with two maiden.
