Jacobabad: A court in Jacobabad, Sindh province of Pakistan, on Tuesday ruled against extremely strict security in the so-called marriage case of a Hindu girl, saying that the girl is a minor and therefore she is not legally eligible for marriage. After this decision of the court, the marriage has become invalid. However, the girl has not been handed over to her parents, she has been rushed to child protection home.

Giving information in this regard in the Pakistani newspaper, it has been said that along with this, the court asked the police to register a case in 24 hours on the seven people including Ali Raza Solangi, who married the girl. According to media reports, the Jacobabad police on Wednesday registered a case against these seven under the Child Marriage Act. These include Syed Siraj Ahmed Shah, the manager of Solangi, the alleged Nikah, the manager of the Dargah Amarot Sharif.
