A court in Pakistan, a neighboring country of India, has taken a shocking decision about Hinduism. In which the petition challenging the construction of the first Hindu temple in the country's capital has been rejected. The court has dismissed three similar petitions related to this case. A single bench of Islamabad High Court (IHC) Judge Amer Farooq heard the matter. While giving the verdict late on Tuesday night, he said that no ban has been imposed on the Hindu Panchayat (IHP) institute to build the temple. This institute has been allotted land for the construction of the temple. It can build the temple using its own funds.

According to the media report, the Imran Khan government's ruling ally Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid (PML-Q) has opposed the construction of the temple, asking its coalition partner to finish the project, as it was against the spirit of Islam.

The petitioners had told the court that the construction of the temple and the allocation of a piece of land for it in Islamabad would be done by the Capital Development Authority (CDA), which argued that any provision in the national capital's master plan for it. On the other hand, 2,691 new cases of coronavirus (COVID-19) have been reported in Pakistan during the last 24 hours and 77 people have died. The number of patients in the country has increased to 2,34,508 and 4,839 people have lost their lives due to infection. The country's Health Ministry has given information about this. The total number of patients recovering from the infection has increased to 134,957. The condition of another 2,306 patients remains critical.
