Pakistan Super League is going to start from 20 February. Regarding Afridi at the moment, it is not clear whether he will play in this league or not. This former Pakistan captain has been away from the field for some time. In an Instagram post on Friday, Shahid was seen with his fifth child on his lap. Four elder daughters are also seen with him. In the caption, he wrote, "The one above has infinite grace and blessings. I already had four daughters here. Now the fifth daughter has also stepped into our lives. I am sharing this pleasant news with all my friends and loved ones."
In his autobiography 'Game Changer', which came in May 2019, he had clearly written that he will not allow any of his daughter to play cricket or any other outdoor game. He said that the reason for this decision is social and religious. Afridi already has four daughters. Ansha, Azba, Amara, and Aksha.
