Islamabad: Kulbhushan Jadhav, an Indian citizen serving a death sentence in Pak jail, has been issued second counselor access today. This information has been presented by the Foreign Office of Pakistan. Hindustan demanded 'unconditional' counselor access from Pakistan. Prior to which Pakistan claimed that Jadhav has refused to initiate a review petition against his sentence and has given preference to the verdict only on his mercy petition. On this, Hindustan has accused that Pakistan has forced Kulbhushan to do so.

In July last year, the ICJ decision prohibited the hanging of Kulbhushan Jadhav and Pakistan was asked to give him counselor access. Counselor was accessed from International Justice in 2017 Demand. For information, let us tell you that Indian Retired Naval Officer Kulbhushan Jadhav was sentenced to death by a Pakistani military court in April 2017 under various charges. After which India has filed a case in the International Court of Justice in The Hague in May 2017 and requested to give counselor access to Jadhav.

Counsel was accessed from the international judicial in 2017 Demand: It has been learned that Kulbhushan Jadhav, a retired naval officer of India, was sentenced to death by a military court in Pakistan in April 2017 under various charges. After which Hindustan filed a case in the International Court at The Hague in May 2017, requesting counselor access to Jadhav.
