Fawad Khan, who rose to fame in India due to his works in Bollywood films such as 'Khoobsurat,' 'Kapoor & Sons,' and 'Ae Dil Hai Mushkil,' has completed filming for his yet-to-be-titled web series.
The series is a Zindagi original that will air on India's ZEE5 OTT platform. Sanam Saeed also appears in the movie, which is directed by Oscar-nominated Pakistani director Asim Abbasi. "This is a very personal project for me," Asim said of finishing the shot. The five-month shoot was not only the most difficult but also the most rewarding event of my life. The band has done an outstanding job and produced some of their greatest performances to date."
"While we had many action-packed days filming for the series, the last day of the shoot was action-packed. We utilised my own car instead of the car we were going to shoot with because the car we were scheduled to shoot with didn't operate."
"Fawad had to burn the rubber during the shoot because he had to do a u-turn on a single-lane road. It was an excellent shot, but I now require new tyres! (laugh)" he went on to say. The series was shot in Karachi and the Hunza Valley in Pakistan. With a magical twist, the series examines love, grief, and reconciliation.
