New Delhi: Lockdown-4 has started from today in view of Corona crisis. Broadly, it has the same restrictions that were in the first, second and third lockdowns, but shops are exempted, states are empowered to decide which shops will open outside the containment zone and which will be closed.

There are many things in Lockdown-4 that will open. Restaurants will be opened for home delivery. Paan and bidi-cigarette shops will open, but smoking will not be allowed in public places. Social distancing will be followed in shops and no more than 5 people will be able to gather in one shop at a time. However, the decision on opening sweet shop, barber shop, has been left to the state governments.

On the instructions of the Ministry of Home Affairs, the state will brainstorm and decide which shops will open and which will be closed. As far as the Kejriwal government of Delhi is concerned, it will decide in this regard today. Sources reveal that the Kejriwal government is not in favor of starting barber shops, salons and spas. But DTC buses, autos and cab passengers will be allowed to run with certain restrictions. The government wants to open all the offices. There is no want to ban the number of staff there.
