Amazon Prime's superhit web series 'Panchayat' has won the hearts of the audience. Its third season was released this year, which was liked by the people very much. Now, the Tamil version of this series is also coming soon, which will be named 'Thalaivatiyan Palayam'. This Tamil version is going to be released in more than 240 countries and territories.

Changes in Tamil version: In 'Thalaivatiyan Palayam', Abhishek Kumar will be seen playing the role of Secretary Ji, the role of Jitendra Kumar. Abhishek Kumar is a stand-up comedian and has been the winner of Tamil 'Comicstan'. Chetan Kadambi and Devajarshini will also be seen in lead roles in this web series. 'Thalaivatiyan Palayam' will be released on Amazon Prime from September 20. This series is directed by Naga, and its story is written by Balakumaran Murugesan. The names of Niyathi, Anand Sami, and Paul Raj have also been added to the series.

It will be a new experience for the audience to see Abhishek Kumar in the role of 'Secretary Ji'. He is known for his funny reels and viral standup videos on the internet. Raghubir Yadav and Neena Gupta will play the characters of Chetan and Devdarshini. It is worth noting that 'Panchayat' has not been dubbed in Tamil or Telugu. Reports say that the story of 'Thalaivatiyan Palayam' is based on a village in Tamil Nadu. Manish Meghani, Content Licensing Director, Prime Video India, has said that, keeping in mind the changing preferences of the audience, they are inspired to promote content with engaging stories in local languages. The Tamil audience is eagerly waiting for this comedy-drama series.

Not only this, the simplicity of the 'Panchayat' web series has made it popular among the audience. It stars Neena Gupta, Jitendra Kumar, Raghubir Yadav, Chandan Roy, Faisal Malik, and Sanvika in lead roles. All three of its seasons have succeeded in making the audience laugh and cry. It is directed by Deepak Mishra, who has balanced all the emotions very well.
