Refined flour - 1 cup salt - as per taste - water
Paneer - 100 grams
Fresh Cream - 1 teaspoon
Tandoori Masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Garam masala powder - 1/2 teaspoon 'cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Red chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Chaat Masala Powder - 1/2 teaspoon 'salt - as per taste
Lemon juice - 1/2 teaspoon
Method: Now first add salt to the flour and knead it with the help of water and leave it covered for two hours. Now to prepare Paneer Tikka stuffing, add small pieces of paneer, cream, tandoori masala, cumin powder, red chili powder, chaat masala, salt, and lemon juice in a vessel and mix and leave for 15 minutes. After this, heat the pan on medium heat and add paneer tikka masala to it and cook for three to four minutes. Now turn off the gas and let the paneer tikka masala cool down. Now keep the water in a momo steamer or idli steamer to heat it. After this, cut small dough from the dough and roll it out. Now put one teaspoon of stuffing in them and make momo. Now cover the stuffed momos with a wet cotton cloth so that the momos do not dry and apply a little oil on the momo steamer and keep the momos in it and cook for ten to 15 minutes. Now feed it hot with chutney.
