Bollywood film actor Pankaj Tripathi is celebrating his 44th birthday today. He was born on September 5, 1976, at Gopalganj in Bihar. He made his Bollywood debut with the 2004 movie 'Run.' His character in the film was of few seconds. He played small roles in several films for the next eight years and then became known with the Gangs of Wasseypur released in 2012. He played the role of Sultan in the movie.

Pankaj, who won the hearts of fans with his comic style in many films like 'Fukrey Returns,' 'Lukka Chhipi,' 'Bareilly Ki Barfi,' and 'Super 30,' was initially selected for a negative character. However, two films proved to be very important for Pankaj which led to a great U-turn in his acting career. It may be noted that Pankaj has been a cook before entering the world of acting.

Pankaj Tripathi faced a lot of struggles before coming to films. Pankaj, a popular actor for Sacred Games and Mirzapur, has studied as well as cultivated. Not only that, but he also worked as a cook after studying hotel management. Pankaj's father had sent him to Patna for higher studies where he studied as well as worked in a hotel. He had said in an interview that he worked in a hotel at night and then did theatre in the morning and did so for about 2 years. Happy Birthday to Pankaj Tripathi on our behalf for the time being.
