Ingredients: Papad - 8 'boiled, peeled and mashed potatoes - 1 cup' all purpose flour - 1/2 cup 'finely chopped chilli - 1 teaspoon' red chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon 'garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon' salt - As per taste, lemon juice - 1 teaspoon, finely chopped coriander leaves - 2 teaspoons' oil - as required

Method: For this, put refined flour and three-fourth cup of water in a vessel. Now mix the flour mixture well so that there is not a single lump in it. After that add potato, green chilli, red chili powder, garam masala, salt, lemon juice and coriander leaves in another vessel and mix. Now divide the mixture into six equal parts and roll it with your hands to make it long and flat. Now slice the papad into a plate and heat the oil in a pan. Now dip the potato roll in the flour mixture and then roll it over the papad pieces so that the pieces stick well in it. After this, fry the rolls well in hot oil till they turn golden. Serve hot with green chutney.
