A film that is eagerly awaited by the audience is Sanjay Dutt's biopic. The films stars biggies of Bollywood like Ranbir Kapoor in the role of Sanjay Dutt, Paresh Rawal in the role of his father Sunil Dutt, Dia Mirza in the role of Manyata Dutt, Sonam Kapoor, Anushka Sharma, Vicky Kaushal and Karishma Tanna.

Paresh Rawal who has been shooting with Ranbir Kapoor for the film said, “An actor is known for his choices and just look at Ranbir’s choices. No one can dare stand in front of him.” 

He also compared Ranbir with veteran actor Naseeruddin Shah, “When I was acting with Ranbir in the Dutt biopic, I got a feeling which I had experienced when I was acting with Naseer Bhai during Sir 25 years back. There is an actor in front of you to whom you reacting. The feeling was surreal and it happened after 25 years”

Paresh Rawal had said, “It is chiefly a father-son story. The film is Sanjay Dutt and Sunil Dutt’s story.”

Talking about Ranbir, he also said, “Ranbir Kapoor is a terrific and a unique talent. What an actor he is!” 

Working with Ranbir's dad Rishi Kapoor, Paresh Rawal said that those from the Kapoor clan are such large-hearted people. I never got this feeling that I am acting with him after such a long period. He is a straightforward man.
