An Air India started of its usual time from Delhi towards Goa on October 22. In mid-air a passenger aboard on the Air India flight made everyone to scare and panic as he claims there was a terrorist on the plane.Zia-ul Haq, Delhi's Okhla resident claimed himslef as an officer of the Delhi Police Special Cell and said there was a terrorist on the flight.Upon hearing his shout and the commuters getting panic, the Pilot  immediately informed the Goa Air Traffic Control about the trouble on board.

The passenger who made everyone scary was detained in the Goa airport once when the flight landed around 03:30 PM. An aviation security official told a call from the ATC informed us a passenger in AI 884 is claiming that on-board of the flight there is a terrorist, quick action team (QAT) and Bomb Direction Disposal Squad (BDDS) reached the aerobridge and we thoroughly checked the aircraft, the suspected passenger and his baggage. The deatined passenger was forwarded to the airport police for further action. A written complaint was given to the Goa airport authorities.

The airport director said, the passenger was mentally unsound and created a ruckus during the travel and has violated the rules on-board was handed over to Goa airport police as the matter is related to law and order. A joint team of Goa Police and central intelligence agencies are questioning the passenger. The family of the passenger has been informed and they say he is unwell and is suffering from depression and anxiety.
