Patna: Crime cases are continuously increasing in the Capital of Bihar. Now, the case that has come to light recently is of Dadramandi locality under the Alamganj police station area. Here on Saturday morning, a school-going student was lured into the right path and the youth took her to a deserted place and tried to rape her. According to the information received, when the student made a noise, people gathered there and after that they caught the young man and there they all beat him up. The police, who came to know about the case, rescued the accused from the crowd and took him to the police station.
It is being told that the CCTV installed near the spot has captured the movement of the youth and the victim and her mother have also been called to the police station by the police. The FIR was not lodged till Saturday afternoon. According to the information received in the entire case, the student, who is studying in class VII, was going to school from near Mehndiganj Gumti on Saturday morning. In the meantime, a young man was already present at the sudden turn and during this time, seeing three-four dogs in the street, the student panicked.
In the meantime, the youth advised the student to go to school by another route. In such a situation, the student went ahead at her behest and the young man was moving forward by pretending to show her the way. In this case, it is now alleged that at a secluded place some distance ahead, the youth caught hold of the student and after that he started trying to rape her. However, the student, who was scared of the young man's action, started making a noise and people ran to hear the sound of her screams.
Knowing the incident by her, people grabbed the young man and tied him behind the tempo and started beating him up. However, ASI Babulal Ram of Alamganj police station rushed to the spot and rescued the youth from the mob and took him to the Alamganj police station. The case is now being investigated by the police.
