Pearl V Puri, a television actor who is better known for shows like "Phir Bhi Na Maane...Badtameez Dil" and "Meri Saasu Maa" now all set to play the lead role of Arjun in the popular TV show " Nagarjuna - Ek Yoddha ".

Anshuman Malhotra was playing young Arjun in the show and now in second phase of the show Pearl will play the more mature Arjun.

"There are many ‘Naagins' on TV but I am the only ‘Nagarjun' and will be the only one. I have been wanting to play a superhero since my childhood days, but what I've now realised is that what is meant to happen will happen as my casting for the role of Arjun happened overnight, that too when it was least expected," Pearl said about his role in the show.

The Life OK show will start from this early October which also features Nikitin Dheer and Pooja Banerjee.
