Berlin: The outbreak of the Corona pandemic continues in the world, all countries are adopting various measures to avoid it. Meanwhile, there was a scene in Germany where protesters tried to enter Parliament on Saturday after protesting against restrictions imposed to prevent the spread of the coronavirus. However, the police stopped the mob and drove away using force.

According to a PTI report, the protesters, who were taking out a procession in Berlin, were asked by the police to stop halfway. But some protesters managed to take out a rally near the grand Brandenburg Gate of the capital. Police confirmed that many people broke the barricade in front of the Parliament and climbed the steps of the Raishtag (German Parliament), but could not enter the building.

Police said that the protesters threw stones and bottles at the force, after which they were forcefully removed from the spot. Thousands of people protested against other restrictions imposed by the government to apply masks and prevent the coronavirus from spreading in the day-long demonstration before the incident. Home Minister Horst Seehofer condemned the incident, saying that the Raishtag is the Parliament and is a symbol of the country's liberal democracy. He said that the use of this place for wrongdoings by the rioters will not be tolerated at all.
