Petrol-diesel prices are going to be cheaper, know what is the price in your city today?

New Delhi: Petrol and diesel prices have not seen any change for 8 consecutive months. At the same time, the continuous decline in crude oil prices in the international market is dominating. Now amidst all this, the government is making many plans to reduce prices, which is going to benefit the general public soon. In fact, the prices of petrol and diesel will see a big decline soon.

Let us tell you that if we talk about crude oil prices in the international market, then the price of crude here is at the level of about $80. At the same time, there will be a big decline in the prices of petrol and diesel in the domestic market. In such a situation, experts believe that the prices of petrol and diesel will see a decline of about 12 to 14 rupees per liter.  However, there has been no change in the prices of petrol or diesel in Bihar on Saturday after the daily fluctuations in the prices of crude oil in the international market.

Let us tell you that the Petroleum Ministry has given information that there was a sharp jump in crude oil prices in the last few days, at that time oil companies had to suffer a big loss, whose compensation will now be sought from the Finance Ministry so that the losses of the companies can be reduced.

Indian Oil Corporation (IOC), Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL), and Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) have incurred a loss of about Rs 21,201.18 crore between April and September.

Whereas today the price of petrol in the country's capital Delhi is Rs 96.72 and diesel is Rs 89.62 per liter. With this, the price of petrol in Mumbai is Rs 106.31 per liter and diesel is Rs 94.27 per liter. Whereas in Chennai, petrol costs Rs 102.63 and diesel costs Rs 94.24 per liter. Apart from this, the price of petrol in Kolkata is Rs 106.03 and diesel is Rs 92.76 per liter.
