Mumbai: Even though there is an outcry in the stock market, but good news is being received in the case of petrol and diesel. Today, the prices of petrol and diesel have come down in the whole country. Petrol in Delhi is being sold for 15 paise cheaper at Rs 70.14 per litre. In Kolkata, it is selling at Rs 72.83 per litre, with a fall of 15 paise.

At the same time, in two other metros, the price of petrol in Chennai today is Rs 72.86 per litre, while in Mumbai it is Rs 75.84 per litre. That is, 16 paise cheaper in Chennai and 15 paise cheaper in Mumbai. Diesel prices have also come down in these metros. In Mumbai and Chennai by 13-13 paise, diesel is getting Rs 65.84, Rs 66.35 respectively, while in Delhi and Kolkata, diesel has become cheaper by 12 paise per litre and here diesel is sold at Rs 66.35 and Rs 65.22 per litre respectively. 

Talking about some big cities of the country, in Lucknow, petrol is being sold at Rs 72.36 per litre, while diesel is being sold at Rs 63.39, in Patna, petrol is at Rs 74.79 while diesel is at Rs 67.43, Bhopal at petrol is at Rs 78.16 and diesel at Rs 68.93. Petrol is being sold at Rs 73.91 and diesel at Rs 67.76 and Ranchi at Rs 69.15 while diesel is priced at Rs 64.19 per litre.
