From April 1, all the petrol-diesel pumps in Agra will start getting BS-6 fuel. At present, this facility is available only on 23 pumps. Officials of the Indian Oil Corporation based at Sanjay Place gave this information. Rajkumar Dube, IOC's ED and head of UP West Uttarakhand, said that its use will reduce nitrogen oxide emissions by 68% in diesel cars and 87% in particulate matter emissions.
