New Delhi: Indian oil companies today released fresh prices of vehicle fuel (Fuel Price) petrol and diesel. The price of petrol and diesel across the country has not changed even on December 20. At the national level, prices have been stable for more than a month and a half. According to a recent update by Indian Petroleum Marketing Company Indian Oil Corporation (IOCL), petrol prices in the national capital delhi are stable at Rs 95.41 per litre on Monday (December 20). On the other hand, the price of diesel is also unchanged at Rs 86.67 per litre.

 

Coming to the four major metros of Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata and Chennai, Mumbai, the country's economic capital, has the highest fuel price. Petrol is selling close to Rs 110 and diesel across Rs 94 a litre in Mumbai. State that petrol and diesel prices vary in different cities due to VAT (VAT) on vehicle fuel at the state level. Petrol price in Madhya Pradesh's economic capital Indore is Rs 107.26 and diesel is Rs 90.92 per litre. In addition, petrol is being sold at Rs 107.25 per litre, diesel at Rs 90.90, Gwalior at Rs 107.12 and diesel at Rs 90.77 per litre.

Petrol is being sold at Rs 112 per litre in Sriganganagar, Rajasthan, with the most expensive. While petrol in Port Blair is the cheapest in the country with Rs 82.96 per litre. On the other hand, when it comes to diesel, port Blair has a litre of Rs 77.13 and Sriganganagar Rs 95.26.
