Washington: Due to Coronavirus, there is an atmosphere of fear all over the world. So far, more than 7000 people have lost their lives in the world due to corona. 1500 Indian students are reported to be stranded in the Philippines. Talking to the media, an Indian medical student named Nitin Bhakal has told that around 1500 medical students across the Philippines are trapped due to the lockdown.

They have told that the Philippines government has ordered them to leave the country in 72 hours, but due to the shutdown of air services from India, these people are now stuck in the Philippines. According to the information, about 200 of the stranded students are from Rajasthan and 50 of them are also reported to be from Nagaur district. Curfew-like conditions persist throughout the Philippines following the lockdown. The markets are completely closed. People have been advised to stay in their homes, due to which these students are also trapped and they do not have any food and drink.

Medical students are urging the Government of India to help them and get an airlift. Some people trapped in the Philippines had gone to Malaysia, but these people got stuck there, whom the government has assured to arrange to call, but there has been no statement from the government for the students trapped in the Philippines. All these medical students are nervous and are appealing for help from the government.
