New Delhi: All political parties are campaigning extensively in different areas of the national capital for victory in the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD elections). In this sequence, Delhi CM and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) national convener Arvind Kejriwal is also taking out rallies fiercely, but thieves have made a big dent in one of Kejriwal's rallies. Thieves absconded with the mobile phones of 20 party leaders at the AAP supremo's rally. On Wednesday (November 30), Arvind Kejriwal took out a rally in Delhi's Malka Ganj area. It is being told that out of many AAP leaders involved in this rally, the mobile phones of 20 leaders were stolen by thieves.  

According to DCP North, Sagar Kalsi, thieves stole the mobile phones of party leaders at AAP's rally in the Malka Ganj area. AAP MLA Akhilesh Tripathi, AAP leader Guddi Devi, and MLA Somnath Bharti's secretary have given a complaint in this matter. Based on the complaint, an FIR has been registered and an investigation is underway. Polling in 250 wards of Delhi will be held on December 4 and the results will be declared on December 7.  

Earlier, Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal had said in this rally that, 'AAP will get rid of corruption from MCD in just 3 to 4 months, if AAP comes to power, remember my words, you will not need to pay an extra penny to do your work in MCD.' Kejriwal held a roadshow from Malka Ganj Chowk to Ghanta Ghar Chowk near Kamla Nagar.
