Congress expelled Sachin Pilot from the post of Deputy CM and President of the State Congress Committee for not attending Party meeting. Pilot then tweeted that "Truth can be manipulated, but cannot be defeated". In his place, Govind Singh Dotasara has been appointed as the chairman. After the meeting of the Congress MLA group, CM Ashok Gehlot met Governor Kalraj Mishra.

Kalraj Mishra has accepted the proposal to expel Sachin Pilot and Vishvendra Singh and Ramesh Meena from the post of Deputy Chief Ministers. Apart from Pilot, the Congress party has also taken action on his supporters. Apart from this, the plate named Sachin Pilot was removed from the Congress headquarters in Jaipur. The 102 MLAs present in the meeting had sought to get Sachin Pilot out of the party with mutual consent.

Apart from pilot, his supporter MLA was invited to attend the meeting, but he did not attend it. The pilot group has made it clear that CM is not ready to compromise. MLA's have demanded a floor test. According to the media report, State Food and Civil Supplies Minister Ramesh Meena told that it will be clear from the floor test how many MLAs are with Ashok Gehlot.
