The tradition of making pudding and kheer at the Shraddha Bhoj has been going on since the beginning, but if you want to make any sweets in the residence itself, you can make semolina-sesame burfi. So let's say about this delicious burfi recipe.....
materials:
Sesame seeds - 150 g
Semolina - 180 gms
Sugar - 225 g
Ghee - 125 gms
Pistachios - 1 table tsp
Almonds - 1 table tsp
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Cardamom powder - 1 tsp
Method:
First fry the sesame seeds to make the sesame semolina burfi. Heat the pan thoroughly. Add the sesame seeds and fry the sesame seeds till it changes lightly and it swells slightly. Then take out the roasted sesame seeds in the plate. Now add the ghee in the wok and add the semolina and fry the semolina continuously till it is light brown on the slow medium gas and smells good. Once the semolina is roasted, remove it in the plate. Then cut the pistachios thinly and finely chop the almonds and make it ready. Then add sugar and 1/3 cup of water to the pan for the syrup and cook for one to two minutes after dissolving it in sugar water. When the wire starts coming out of the syrup, understand that the syrup is ready. Slow down the heat and then add the swollen sauté and sesame seeds in the syrup and mix well. Then add cardamom powder and finely chopped almonds and mix well . Then, turn off the gas and let the mixture cool slightly. Grease a large plate with a little ghee. Put this mixture on the plate and spread it and garnish the finely chopped pistachios on it. Then place the burfi on the side to cool down. When the burfi mixture is frozen, cut it into pieces of your favorite shape with the help of a knife.
