Everyone likes pizza, but children like pizza more. If your child likes pizza, then you can make pizza paratha for your child's breakfast and tiffin. It will also be healthy and their favourite food. Flour - 400 grams
Sugar - 2 tablespoons
Yeast - 2 tbsp
Cabbage - 2 cups
Capsicum - 2
Baby Corn - 3
Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams
Ginger - 1 piece
Green chilli - 2
Black pepper - 1 tsp
Coriander - 2 tablespoons
Oil - 4 tbsp
Salt - as per taste
To make Pizza Paratha, finely chop cabbage, capsicum, baby corn and green coriander. Remove the green chilli seeds and finely chop it.
Grind the ginger. Also, ground black pepper. Grate mozzarella cheese.
Now add sugar, salt, oil and yeast to the flour and knead with lukewarm water until the dough becomes smooth. After that, apply oil on the dough and cover it with a wet cloth and keep it for at least two hours.
Now mix the capsicum, cabbage, baby corn, mozzarella cheese, green coriander, green chillies, ginger, black pepper and salt together in a vessel and mix them together. Stuffing is ready for the paratha.
After that make a dough of dough and roll it thin. Place the stuffing on top of the rolled dough and close the stuffing by raising the dough and roll it again into a paratha shape. Keep the rolled parathas for 10 minutes.
Now put a griddle on the gas and let it heat up. When the griddle gets hot, add some oil on it and bake it after adding the paratha together. After roasting one surface of the paratha, apply oil on the other surface and turn it over and bake until it becomes crisp and golden.
Tasty Pizza Paratha is ready. You can serve it with tomato sauce or pizza sauce or any chutney of your choice.
