New Delhi: A crucial petition was heard in the country's largest court on Tuesday. It was demanded that physical hearings be initiated in all other courts of the country, including the apex court, as before. However, the Chief Justice has now said that the decision will be taken only after the advice of medical experts.

In the court, lawyer Nilakshi Chaudhary said that only online hearings do not facilitate everyone, it is also unconstitutional. During the hearing of the case, Chief Justice Sharad Arvind Border said that it is not the right time, we have been working in the same situation for the last year. According to the latest advice given by medical experts, there is a crisis of corona outbreaks from the open court. The apex court said that the Madras, Rajasthan, Delhi High Court had started physical hearing, but lawyers did not come.

Another petition was made in the same petition seeking financial assistance to lawyers and other bar members. The court said that the Bar Association should provide financial assistance to all lawyers and others. Funds should be used only because of this. The apex court has now asked the Solicitor General, Bar Council of India, to discuss with the lawyers and talk about the issue of financial assistance.
