Prime Minister Narendra Modi took a tour of Karnataka on Tuesday to address series of rallies in support of BJP candidates.

PM Modi, who last, visited Karnataka for campaigning in February, addressed rallies at Santhemarahalli in" Chamarajanagara district, and Udupi and Chikkodi in Belagavi today.

Campaigning has gained momentum in the poll-bound state of Karnataka with elections around the corner.  All the preparations have been done to the lead of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s rally. Cheif Minister Siddaramaiah is also campaigning comprehensively to bring together support for Congress.

“It is a democracy, we have no personal enmity with the PM. We have no objection to him coming here (Karnataka), but it is not going to have any impact”, Karnataka CM Siddaramaiah.

While BJP revived his election campaign with PM Mod's rallies.

“Congress will not win more than 50 seats, there is a wave of BJP in the state, we will win more than 150 seats, JDS will not win more than 25 seats”,  BS Yeddyurappa, BJP at public rally in Mysuru  ahead of Karnataka Elections 2018.

“Some people say that BJP will ally with JDS, I want to clarify that we will form the government on our own”.

Echoing same sentiments PM Modi said ,“There is not a BJP wave in Karnataka but it is a BJP storm” PM Narendra Modi addressing public rally in Mysuru

“I want to dedicate the historical achievement of the country on 28 April, when all villages in India were electrified, to the workers and labourers of the country on this Labour Day “, PM Modi boosted his govt achievements.

PM said that BS Yeddyurappa is the hope of the people of Karnataka and he is going to be the next chief minister of the state .
