He is now addressing a public meeting. In his address, PM Modi said, "Today, we set limits and not work hours. Some people say how it will happen in such a short time. Whether it will happen or not. Then there is only one voice within me, I hear the voice of 1.30 crore countrymen, it is no longer acceptable to India to be afraid within the ambit of time. Many personalities created many eras in a short period. The country is moving beyond the resolutions of reconstruction. An India that enhanced the strength of national unity was part of the grand vision of Shreshtha Bharat, a comfortable way of life. We are fully connected with the Mahayagya of development. At present, our country is also celebrating the Amrit Mahotsav of Independence. The country is taking new resolutions for its future, for its reconstruction. Out of these resolutions of Amrit Mahotsav, we can see Adi Shankaracharya Ji as a great inspiration in a way.''

At the same time, he further said, "The coming decade is going to be Uttarakhand. Earlier, it was said that mountain water and its youth are never useful to the mountain. I have changed it. Now the water of the mountain and its youth will be useful for the mountain. The exodus is about to stop. Baba Kedar's blessings are with us. The records of Char Dham Yatra are being broken. We fulfilled the demand of the last century of One Rank One Pension in this century. I am glad I got the opportunity to serve the soldiers. Thousands of families in Uttarakhand have benefited from this.''

He further said, "Write my words: The speed at which infrastructure is being built in Uttarakhand, the number of passengers who have come here in the last 100 years, more passengers are coming here in the next 10 years. The Chardham road project is being worked out at a rapid pace, the Char Dhams are connecting to highways. In future, the process of enabling devotees to come here by cable car to Kedarnath Ji has also started.'' There is also the holy Hemkund Sahib Ji nearby. Hemkund Sahib Ji is all set to build ropeways there to make his vision easier. He has now left for a helipad.
