Prime Minister Narendra Modi has called upon content creators to initiate a "Create on India movement" during a ceremony in New Delhi. He emphasized the importance of sharing stories about India's rich culture, heritage, and traditions with the global community.

Speaking at the first-ever National Creators' Awards held at Bharat Mandapam, PM Modi recognized several individuals for their outstanding contributions across various categories. Pankhti Pandey was honored as the "Green Champion," Keerthika Govindasamy received the award for "Best Storyteller," while singer Maithili Thakur was named "Cultural Ambassador of the Year." Gaurav Chaudhary was acknowledged as the "Best Creator in Tech," and Kamiya Jani was celebrated as the "Favourite Travel Creator."

Modi attributed his success to divine grace and intuition, stating that the awards presented hold significance for the future. He praised content creators as digital and brand ambassadors of India, advocating for a collective effort to showcase India's narratives globally.

Encouraging creators to engage with international audiences, Modi stressed the importance of creating content in languages such as German, French, and Spanish. He assured that he would continue to lead initiatives like this in the future.

As the Lok Sabha elections approached, PM Modi emphasized the significance of voter participation and democracy in shaping India's future. He highlighted India's commitment to becoming a developed nation while promoting democracy.

Touching upon recent discussions with Bill Gates regarding artificial intelligence, Modi announced the approval of the India AI Mission by the cabinet. He commended the youth for their talent and highlighted initiatives like the Semiconductor Mission and the adoption of 5G technology.

On the occasion of International Women's Day, Modi urged creators to incorporate "nari shakti" (women power) into their content and emphasized the importance of gender equality in upbringing.

Modi also called for content addressing societal issues such as drug abuse and urged creators to create content that educates and inspires positive change.

The awards received over 1.5 lakh nominations across 20 categories, with winners including international creators. Ranveer Allahbadia was named "Disruptor of the Year," Jaya Kishor received the award for "Best Creative for Social Change," and Lakshya Dabas was honored as the "Most Impactful Agri Creator."

International winners included Kiri Paul from Tanzania, Drew Hicks from the United States, and Cassandra Mae Spittmann from Germany. Hicks received his award from Modi during the ceremony.

The event also recognized creators such as Abhi and Niyu, Jahnvi Singh, Shraddha, RJ Raunaq, Kabita's Kitchen, Naman Deshmukh, Ankit Baiyanpuria, Nischay, Aridaman, Piyush Purohit, and Aman Gupta for their respective contributions across various fields.
