According to information provided on the website of Morning Consult, the approval rating is based on an average of seven days, which has been done among adults in all countries. According to each country, the sample size is also decided differently. In the list of 22 leaders, South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol has come last with a rating of 19 percent.

Morning Consult says that these surveys have also been done in different languages of different countries so that people's opinions can be taken at the local level as well. The diversity of age, gender, and region in every country has also been taken care of during the survey. In this survey, US President Joe Biden has the 7th best rating with 41 percent. The names of PM Petr Fiala of the Czech Republic, President Emmanuel Macron of France, and President Yoon Seok Yeol of South Korea are in the last 3 places. Canadian President Justin Trudeau has gotten the 9th position in this survey. Apart from this, Japanese PM Fumio Kishida has also been ranked 17th.
