NEW DELHI: Prime Minister Narendra Modi said on Thursday that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) was determined to take drastic measures to rid India of corruption, nepotism, and law and order challenges

The Prime Minister cautioned BJP members against growing complacent during the party's 44th Foundation Day celebrations, pointing out that there are already assertions that the party will be unbeatable in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections.PM also slammed those who have a "baadshahi" mentality for demeaning the underprivileged and backward since the party's victory in 2014.

"We shouldn't be complacent despite being the largest political party in the world. The BJP cannot be defeated in 2024, according to some who have already started stating this. This is accurate, but as BJP supporters, we must win over every person in the nation " he added.

Accusing Congress and other political leaders of perpetuating the culture of the main opposition party, the PM  condemned their alleged ties to nepotism, dynasty, casteism, and regionalism. He claimed that the BJP symbolises a new way of thinking that embraces everyone.

The prime minister claimed that these parties have been going through an existential crisis and have resorted to making accusations and conspiracies against the ruling party without mentioning the multiple accusations made by these parties against his government. They are angry and hateful, he said.

He said that the support of the underprivileged, tribals, backward, Dalits, and women, among others, will continue to safeguard and help the "lotus" grow. "Now, they have become so desperate that they have publicly started screaming 'Modi teri kabar khudegi' (your tomb will be excavated)," he stated.  "We shouldn't be limited to electoral victories. We want to capture the hearts of millions of people. We must fight every election with the same diligence we have shown since the Jana Sangh era" he said.

He compared the celebration to Lord Hanuman, whose birthday is being celebrated by devotees on Thursday, in order to claim that the party upheld the principles of selfless service.

India was realising its strength and potential after 2014 just similar to Lord Hanuman did after eliminating self-doubt, PM said. "If we see the whole life of Lord Hanuman, he had a 'can-do' attitude that helped him achieve big successes."

The government will deal strictly in purging the nation of challenges like corruption, nepotism, and law and order, the prime minister stated, just as Lord Hanuman ferociously battled demons.
