Prime Minister Narendra Modi will take a tour of Karnataka on Tuesday to address series of rallies in support of BJP candidates.

Campaigning has gained momentum in the poll-bound state of Karnataka with elections around the corner.  All the preparations have been done to the lead of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s rally. Cheif Minister Siddaramaiah is also campaigning comprehensively to bring together support for Congress.

A special invite-request is being extended by BJP to all the people for Prime Minister's rally in Udupi. Special teams of women volunteers have been deployed at the mandal level for this occasion as Prime Minister Modi is coming to Udupi for the very first time.

Elections to 224 seats in Karnataka will be conducted on the 12th of May.

PM Modi, who last, visited Karnataka for campaigning in February, will address rallies at Santhemarahalli in" Chamarajanagara district, and Udupi and Chikkodi in Belagavi today.

Ahead of his Udupi visit, Modi is scheduled to visit" Krishna matha and meet the senior seer there.

At least a 15rallies are expected to follow in the coming days, as per BJP sources said. During PM Modi's earlier visit, CM Siddarmaiah had welcomed him and asked PM to address the Mahadayi water sharing heated discussion with neighboring Goa.
