Addressing the people of the country for the fifth time since the outbreak of Corona epidemic, PM Modi showed the way to make the country self-reliant as well as to deal with the corona crisis. In his address, PM Modi said that more than three lakhs people have died due to corona worldwide. In India too, people have lost their kin. The Prime Minister said, "I express my condolences to all. A virus has destroyed the world. Crores of lives are facing crisis all over the world. We have not seen nor heard such a crisis, but tired, losing, shattering and disintegrating man is not acceptable. Being vigilant, following all the rules, we now have to escape and move forward. When the world is in crisis, we have to strengthen our resolve. Our resolve will be greater than this crisis.

Apart from giving the outline of the economic package, PM Modi also said that the lockdown is not going to be completely removed. The fourth phase of the lockdown will be completely new look and rules. Suggestions have been sought from states in this regard. An announcement will be made before May 18. PM Modi said that we have been hearing since the last century that the 21st century belongs to India, but Corona has given us a chance to see and understand the global systems in detail. Looking at the period before and after Corona from the perspective of India, then it seems that the 21st century will be of India… It is not our dream, but also the responsibility of all of us. Its path is the same - self-sufficient India.
